These Terms of Service are provided by D Best Electrical Solutions (registered brand name), operator of the Volt field-service dispatch platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Volt platform operated by D Best Electrical Solutions (“D Best Electrical Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “the Service”), including receiving SMS notifications, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
D Best Electrical Solutions operates Volt, a field-service dispatch platform used by technicians and dispatchers to manage and receive job assignments. As part of the Service, D Best Electrical Solutions sends SMS text messages to enrolled technicians for login verification (OTP / 2FA), job dispatch notifications, assignment updates, scheduling alerts, and related operational communications. No marketing or promotional SMS is sent.
3. SMS Messaging Program
Business / brand: D Best Electrical Solutions
Program name: D Best Electrical Solutions technician SMS (OTP + job dispatch via Volt)
Message types: One-time passcodes for technician login verification, job assignment notifications, schedule updates, dispatch alerts, and operational messages related to your technician role.
Message frequency: OTP messages are sent when you request a login code. Job-dispatch frequency varies based on job volume; you may receive multiple messages per day on busy days.
Charges: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details.
Opt-In
Technicians are pre-registered by D Best Electrical Solutions with their mobile number. They opt in by entering that number on https://tech.volt.curielmedia.com/login and requesting a one-time verification code. Providing a phone number and requesting an OTP constitutes consent to receive SMS from D Best Electrical Solutions.
Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any D Best Electrical Solutions text message. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent to your number. Opting out will disable SMS notifications; you can still access the technician app directly.

4. Eligibility
The Service is intended for authorized technicians and dispatchers engaged with D Best Electrical Solutions. Access is provided by your employer or administrator. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, work-related purposes. You may not share your login credentials, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, or use the Service to transmit unauthorized or harmful content.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. D Best Electrical Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery of SMS messages. SMS delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, D Best Electrical Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or from missed SMS notifications.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy of D Best Electrical Solutions, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to These Terms
D Best Electrical Solutions may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
