• Job and location data — work orders, job addresses, and assignment history generated through use of the platform.

Your phone number is used exclusively to deliver SMS messages related to your job assignments (such as new job notifications, updates, and dispatch alerts) and account authentication (OTP / 2FA). We will not use your phone number for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Mobile Information Sharing Policy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

D Best Electrical Solutions does not sell, share, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are used only to deliver the SMS services you enrolled in (job-dispatch notifications and login verification).

5. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from D Best Electrical Solutions related to job dispatch, field-service operations, and login verification (OTP). Message frequency varies based on job volume and login activity; you may receive multiple messages per day. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any D Best Electrical Solutions SMS. To get help, reply HELP. Once you opt out, you will no longer receive job-dispatch or OTP SMS messages. You can opt back in by contacting your supervisor.

6. Data Retention and Security

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days.
